Position Details

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Pollachi
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: Herbal / Ayurvedic / FMCG
Experience: 2–4 years (Herbal/FMCG/Wellness industry preferred)
Education: UG Marketing, Business, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Promote herbal products through marketing campaigns and field activities .
Interact with client directly to explain product benefits, usage, and advantages
Identify and target new clients (distributors, retailers, institutions, and direct customers).
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product/management team.
Support sales team in customer acquisition and retention.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
Plan and manage product promotions, events, and exhibitions .
Manage social media promotions and online customer engagement .
Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences .
Approach client through field visits, events, and online platforms.

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication & negotiation skills
Confidence in meeting and convincing new clients.
Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic products (preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively.
Goal-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
