Job Title: Marketing Executive Reports to: Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing Job Summary: We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies, promote our brand, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives. 2. Brand management: Maintain brand consistency, ensuring alignment with company values and messaging. 3. Market research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions. Additional Duties: 1. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts. 2. Budget management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation. 3. Reporting: Provide regular marketing reports, highlighting key metrics, successes, and challenges. Requirements 1. Proven experience in marketing (freshers can be trained). 2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and trends. 3. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
