Job Description

This opening is with one of our clients who is actively hiring for Growth Marketing Executive in Bengaluru!

Someone who has

3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, lead tracking, and campaign attribution
Proven track record of generating leads for US-based markets
Familiarity with full-funnel lead gen strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Strong analytical skills with comfort in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
Ability to optimize campaigns toward quality leadsnot just volume
US client lead-gen experience is a strong plus

What you will do

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage budgets, monitor spend, and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)
Track and analyze leads through HubSpot, ensuring correct attribution across paid channels
Report campaign performance with insights and actionable recommendations
Set up experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for aligned demand-gen efforts
Research and implement keyword strategies for optimal ROI
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and trends
