Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, generate leads, and increase customer engagement across various channels. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing campaigns that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. Develop and manage content for social media, email marketing, and company website. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts. Organize promotional events, trade shows, and webinars. Track marketing campaign performance and generate reports. Manage the company’s social media presence and respond to customer interactions. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Maintain and update the CRM with campaign responses and lead details. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role (preferably in B2B/B2C sectors). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.). Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools (CRM, email marketing, analytics). Creativity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills (Optional): Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress. Experience with marketing automation tools.
