Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering business from an assigned set of schools/colleges, generating team reports, and collecting and analyzing market research data. Your role will involve organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns, arranging seminars, conducting scholarship tests, and providing pre-sales and post-sales services to schools/colleges and students. You will need to monitor campaign progress using various metrics, develop marketing strategies, and focus on marketing and business development in the assigned territory. Knowledge of the Gwalior market would be beneficial, and you must be willing to work in the field with a two-wheeler. - Deliver business from assigned schools/colleges and generate team reports - Collect and analyze market research data - Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns - Arrange seminars, conduct scholarship tests, and compile a database - Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to schools/colleges and students - Monitor campaign progress and submit performance reports - Develop efficient marketing strategies for the assigned territory - Utilize knowledge of the Gwalior market for effective business delivery - Graduation/MBA in any field - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative - Fluent in English - Local area knowledge, especially in Gwalior - Good at networking,
