Overview

This role is built for individuals who are ready to learn, stay consistent, and grow through real on-ground experience. You will engage directly with architects, builders, interior designers, and customers to create awareness and generate opportunities for our smart glass solutions. Freshers with strong confidence, communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities


Market Development & Outreach

  • Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to introduce and explain smart glass applications.
  • Identify new project opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional spaces.
  • Establish relationships with channel partners and building material influencers.


Product Demonstrations

  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of switchable smart glass during client visits and field activities.
  • Assist the sales team with technical explanations, brochures, and sample presentations.
  • Learn product specifications, installation basics, and customer use cases.


Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Generate on-ground leads through site visits, exhibitions, building material showrooms, and architect offices.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, enquiries, and weekly reports.


Market Insights

  • Observe competitor activity and report pricing trends or new products in the field.
  • Share client feedback and practical issues that can help improve sales strategy and product positioning.


Event Support

  • Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, product demo events, and local marketing activities.
  • Ensure marketing materials are updated and distributed effectively.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are welcome

    if they carry strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to present confidently and explain concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable travelling for field visits throughout the week.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting.


Preferred (Not Mandatory for Freshers)

  • Experience in building materials, interiors, automation, electrical products, or B2B fieldwork.
  • Exposure to working with architects, builders, or contractors.
