Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. They will maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, following up on sales inquiries, preparing sales reports, attending meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality or fitness industry is a plus
