Job Description

Job Summary The Marketing/Field Executive will visit nearby schools, doctors, hospitals, and communities to promote Sweekaar’s rehabilitation services. The role includes distributing brochures, explaining available therapies, identifying children with learning or developmental issues, conducting basic screenings, and motivating parents to visit Sweekaar for further assessment and treatment. Key Responsibilities · Visit schools, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and anganwadi centres regularly. · Explain Sweekaar’s services like Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Autism Services, Special Education, Learning Disability support, etc. · Distribute brochures and create awareness about early identification and intervention. · Conduct simple screening tests to identify children with: Learning problems Speech and hearing issues Developmental delays Autism/ADHD indicators · Guide and motivate parents to bring their children to Sweekaar for detailed assessment and therapy. · Maintain daily visit reports, screening data, and follow-up details. · Build good relationships with schools, doctors, NGOs, and community workers.
