Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Rebar (TMT/GFRP/Reinforcement Bars). The ideal candidate should have a background in steel or construction materials sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to manage key accounts and generate new business. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors. Promote the company’s range of rebar products (TMT bars, cut & bend bars, coated rebar, etc.) to new and existing customers. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals. Understand project requirements, offer product solutions, and negotiate prices and contracts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical product demonstrations. Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely order delivery. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide feedback to senior management. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales of rebar, steel products, or construction materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
