We are hiring for the position of Real Estate Salesperson / Marketing Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Tiruchirappalli. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for working with clients to buy properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring legal documentation is handled correctly. The role also involves coordinating property showings, negotiating sales terms, and staying updated on real estate trends and regulations.
Understanding of Real Estate principles and Real Property
Strong Customer Service skills and proficiency in Sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in real estate markets, particularly in Tiruchirappalli, is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Experience : Minimum 2 years is mandatory
Education : Any Degree or Any Diploma
Salary : CTC up to 4 LPA
Full-Time, Permanent
