Job Summary:

Aary Plastic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and expand our brand presence across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have experience in field marketing, the ability to develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks, and a strong passion for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in the target regions
• Promote and market plastic water taps and accessories to retailers and wholesalers
• Plan and execute field visits to generate leads and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new opportunities
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
• Candidates ready to relocate to assigned regions are highly preferred
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are an added advantage
