Job Summary:

Randall Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a growing manufacturer of high-quality medical equipment, is hiring Marketing Executives to drive sales and expand our customer base across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for field marketing and a strong drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and distributors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the healthcare industry
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing (medical sector preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
• Candidates willing to relocate or work in any district of Tamil Nadu are highly preferred
• Knowledge of the medical field or prior healthcare product marketing is a plus
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
