Role & responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to represent Arena Animation Chandigarh 34.
Communicate with principals, directors, and decision-makers to seek appointments for presentations.
Give impactful in-person presentations and seminars about our courses and career opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase awareness.
Maintain and build relationships with educational institutions.
Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
Provide daily/weekly reports to the Center Head.

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
Smart and confident public speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
Presentable appearance and well-groomed personality.
Good understanding of youth behavior and career aspirations.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduate (Any Stream). Preference will be given to candidates with Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business background.
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are also welcome.
Experience in field marketing or educational promotions is an added advantage.
