I. Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

II. Core Responsibilities

A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute a robust

    SEO strategy

    (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical) to achieve and maintain top search engine rankings for target keywords.
  • Conduct comprehensive

    keyword research

    and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage website health, performance, and technical SEO elements (site speed, structured data, core web vitals) using tools like

    Google Search Console

    and

    SEMrush/Ahrefs

    .
  • Oversee high-quality content strategy and link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and organic traffic.

B. Paid Advertising (PPC/Performance Marketing)

  • Strategize, set up, and manage high-performing campaigns across

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, Video, P-Max) with a strong focus on

    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    and maximizing

    ROAS/CPL

    .
  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns on

    Meta Ads Manager

    (Facebook/Instagram), including audience segmentation, creative testing, and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize a significant monthly budget, providing precise forecasting and cost-to-acquisition reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and conversion APIs.

C. Organic Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and manage the organic social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, platform-specific visual and written content.
  • Monitor online reputation and engage with the community to build a positive brand image.

D. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Own and interpret all digital marketing data using

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    and other BI tools.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, ROI, and strategic recommendations for optimization to the management.
  • Implement A/B testing across landing pages and ad creatives to continuously improve performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate has proven, hands-on experience and a track record of driving measurable results across all major digital marketing channels.

  • Performance Marketing:

    They must have advanced knowledge of

    SEO/SEM (PPC)

    , including managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Data & Analytics:

    The candidate must be an expert in leveraging tools like

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs). A data-driven approach is essential for strategic decision-making.

  • Content & Conversion:

    Proficiency in

    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    , A/B testing, and understanding the user journey is key. They should also be familiar with content marketing strategies and using content to drive business goals.

  • Strategic Thinking:

    The candidate must be able to move beyond tactical execution to

    develop and own the holistic digital strategy

    that directly aligns with core business objectives, such as revenue growth and lead generation.

  • Freshers

    with ample knowledge are also welcome.
