Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Identify potential customers in target industries such as leather, textile, automotive interiors, wood finishing, construction, etc. Generate leads through visits, referrals, online research, and exhibitions. Meet with customers (B2B, OEMs, dealers, and industrial users) to understand needs, present product solutions, and close sales. Maintain client relationships and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the technical/production team for custom needs or trials. Marketing Responsibilities Develop and implement basic marketing plans for brand and product promotion. Manage company website and digital channels (LinkedIn, emailers, WhatsApp broadcast, etc.). Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, product flyers, PPTs, and application videos. Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meets. Create and maintain a CRM or lead tracking system; generate periodic reports. Market Intelligence Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis. Collect customer feedback on product performance, price sensitivity, and market trends. Key Requirements Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Marketing; MBA preferred. 2–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales or marketing; preferably in PU coatings, resins, paints, or chemical products . Sound understanding of PU coatings or willingness to learn technical details. Ability to travel locally and regionally for customer visits and exhibitions. Hands-on with tools like MS Excel, Canva, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
