Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Andheri west - lokhandwala Department: Marketing Experience: 1-3 years Reporting To: Marketing Manager About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, trend-savvy Marketing Executive who understands how to engage the Gen Z and Gen Alpha audience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, and comfortable taking initiativesomeone who stays on top of pop culture, internet trends, and platform-specific behavior (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, etc.). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys brainstorming ideas, engaging with people, and confidently driving conversations that shape brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to youth-focused campaign ideas that are culturally relevant and trend-driven - Research and report on current trends, memes, and formats across social media platforms - Assist in creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels - Engage with creators, influencers, and potential partners for collaborations - Be the voice of the brand—online and on-ground—representing it in a fun, confident, and relatable manner - Support marketing activities including product launches, events, pop-ups, and brand promotions - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns Who You Are: - 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital content creation - Strong understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha behavior, trends, and online culture - Active on Instagram, YouTube, and other youth-centric platforms - A natural extrovert—confident in initiating conversations and representing the brand publicly - Self-driven, quick to take initiative, and not afraid to pitch bold ideas - Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) - Open to travel, shoots, and being present at events if required
