About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage our property listings across leading real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and others. You will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads by ensuring listings are well-optimized, up to date, and engaging. Key Responsibilities:

● Generate quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.

● Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on real estate portals.

● Ensure all listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and refreshed regularly.

● Monitor analytics and lead inflow from property portals to identify trends and improve performance.

● Coordinate with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and highlight key features. ● Test and experiment with listing formats, titles, descriptions, images, and premium features.

● Maintain organized records of listing activities using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

● Stay up to date with real estate portal trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

● Graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent field.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.

● Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

● A blend of analytical thinking and creative experimentation.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
