Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing startup team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to experiment, learn, and make a real impact in shaping the company’s brand and marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage social media channels, track performance, and grow online presence organically.
• Assist in brand building, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and storytelling content.
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team.
