Role Summary

Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including DA), based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  doctor and hospital calls

  as per assigned beat plan
• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders
• Generate prescriptions and ensure consistent

  brand visibility

• Conduct market surveys

  and competitor analysis in the assigned area
• Collect and report

  RCPA data

  and market intelligence
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and supply teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

• Support product launches, CMEs, and promotional activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in

  pharmaceutical sales/marketing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Basic understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology

• Ability to analyze market feedback and competitor activity

• Result-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or Marketing preferred
