As a Business Executive specializing in Monetization, you will be responsible for generating sales and addressing customer needs in the marketing/advertising domain. Your role involves acting as an extended marketing partner for brands, prioritizing a Customer-First approach in all interactions. Your main tasks will include identifying potential brands/companies, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing ones. Throughout the onboarding and retention processes, you will also engage in campaign planning and execution based on client briefs. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas: - Identifying new brands/companies by staying updated on trends, market knowledge, and current advertisers. - Developing go-to-market strategies by translating brand elements into actionable plans. - Establishing connections with identified brands/companies to foster relationships. - Understanding clients" businesses, pinpointing their marketing challenges, and gathering campaign briefs. - Planning advertising campaigns based on client briefs and obtaining client approval for execution. - Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and analyzing competitors" activities. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as promised and are performing effectively. - Coordinating with clients to maintain smooth workflow and report on ongoing advertising campaigns. - Achieving monthly/yearly revenue targets set for the role. - Compiling Daily Task Reports to track activities and progress. - Balancing work hours between responding to emails/calls and executing/planning campaigns. - Supervising both new and ongoing marketing and advertising initiatives. - Evaluating the performance of all marketing campaigns, measuring ROI and KPIs.
