Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive with a passion for field marketing and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting directory listing applications or similar online platforms and will be responsible for onboarding businesses, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in Trichy and other district .

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (local businesses) for directory listings, digital marketing solutions, or website services.
• Conduct field visits to meet business owners and explain the benefits of being listed on our platform.
• Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Onboard businesses to the platform and assist them in completing their profiles.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of online platforms / directory listing apps (Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, Field Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in directory listing platforms will be a big plus.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
