Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to contribute to generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to engage with our products/services over the phone.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our services/products.
• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for seamless operations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Excellent communication skills (Tamil, English; Hindi is a plus).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.

Qualifications:

• 10th / 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Telesales.
• Prior experience in BPO, call center, or voice process preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
