Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries politely and professionally.
• Maintain records of customer information and update the database.
• Follow-up with interested leads to close deals.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Gujrati].
• Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers and phone handling.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
