Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach & Communication

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote offers, new collections, and gold saving schemes.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Maintain a positive and customer-friendly tone throughout all interactions.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Generate qualified leads and update CRM or call logs regularly.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and showroom visits to convert leads into sales.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent communication.

• Contact customers for birthdays, anniversaries, and festival greetings to promote offers.

• Handle post-purchase feedback and service-related calls.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer details.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call volume, responses, and conversions.

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
