Position Overview: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support branding, lead generation, and promotional activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector, and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance project visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions, social media posts, and lead generation activities.
  • Organize site events, customer visits, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project content.
  • Maintain and update project listings on real estate portals.
  • Track marketing performance, lead conversion data, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for branding, printing, and advertising requirements.
  • Support the sales team with customer interactions and project information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (real estate preferred).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Above-the-Line (ATL) Activities

  • Plan and support brand awareness campaigns through mass media channels.
  • Coordinate advertising requirements for:
  • Print ads (newspapers, magazines)
  • Radio promotions
  • Outdoor branding (hoardings, billboards)
  • Assist in managing media planning, budgeting, and content approvals.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all ATL platforms.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities

  • Execute on-ground marketing activities to generate leads and customer engagement.
  • Organize and manage: Site events, project launches, and weekend promotions
  • Canopy activities, mall activations, and society promotions
  • Flyer distribution and local branding
  • Coordinate with vendors for standees, banners, display materials, and promotional items.
  • Support digital promotions and follow-up activities to convert BTL leads.
  • Maintain BTL activity reports, footfall data, and conversion tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
