Role Overview:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Outreach (Fieldwork):
Visit local designers, bridal stores, fashion boutiques, salons, makeup artists, and other relevant vendors to pitch exhibition opportunities.
Lead Generation & Management:
Identify, approach, and follow up with potential exhibitors to generate confirmed bookings.
Client Interaction:
Share exhibition details, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally with vendors.
Database Management:
Maintain detailed records of all vendor interactions, leads, and follow-up status.
Daily Reporting:
Submit daily visit reports and updates to the marketing coordinator or manager.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma (12th pass or equivalent)
Language Fluency:
Must be fluent in
both English and Hindi
(spoken and written)
Experience:
6 months to 1 year in marketing or field sales preferred (wedding or fashion industry is a plus)
Vehicle:
Must own a
two-wheeler or vehicle
for field visits
Laptop:
Must have a personal
laptop
for database entry and follow-up work
Personality:
Confident, well-spoken, presentable, and passionate about weddings and fashion
Availability:
Must be comfortable with full-time fieldwork and local travel
