Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Good Bricks System and enhance brand visibility.
• Support the development of strategic marketing plans to expand the company’s customer base.
• Conduct market research to assess the viability of existing products/services and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Collaborate with media partners, advertising agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements for brand exposure.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and 2 to 3 years of experience in Brand and Marketing.
• Excellent understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
• Good experience using designing tools, MS Word,Excel,Powerpoint and Google Drive
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Multitask and manage priorities 
• Self-starter and work with minimum supervision
