Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, enhance public awareness, and strengthen the hospital's brand. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of field and office-based work, engaging with doctors, patients, corporate clients, and the community. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services effectively. - Build and nurture relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers. - Conduct field visits to generate referrals and increase patient footfall. - Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives. - Manage the hospital's social media presence and oversee digital marketing activities. - Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures and flyers. - Collaborate with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies for empanelment and tie-ups. - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. - Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and promotional events. - Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or service industry marketing (hospital experience is a plus). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. - Willingness to travel locally for field visits and outreach programs. Key Skills: - Marketing and promotional strategy development. - Public relations and networking. - Digital marketing and social media management. - Market research and analysis. - Event coordination. - Time management and reporting.
