Marketing Executive

As a Brand Marketing Manager at a leading advertising and BTL solutions company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic brand marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing 360-degree brand marketing strategies across various platforms such as ATL, BTL, digital, and OOH. You will drive brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign ideation tailored for diverse industries, with a focus on luxury, real estate, retail, FMCG, and lifestyle segments. Your role will involve leading product launches, promotional activations, and trade show branding in collaboration with creative and vendor teams. You will oversee mood board development, visual design execution, and vendor management for branding projects, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating photo/video shoots, creating pitch decks, presentations, and content ideas for marketing and sales campaigns, and planning and analyzing market research to support strategic decision-making. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field, with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, advertising, BTL/ATL activations, and visual merchandising. You should have strong exposure to luxury branding, retail marketing, and consumer engagement strategies. Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Canva, and social analytics platforms is essential, along with excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
