Overview:

Gian Jyoti Global School is looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Develop and maintain partnerships with
play schools, daycare centres, and coaching institutes
for referral and feeder programs.
Conduct outreach in
residential societies
, parent communities, and local businesses to promote school admissions.
Coordinate with
corporate offices
for employee-school tie-ups and special admission initiatives.
Plan and execute
local marketing campaigns
—leaflet distribution, kiosk setups, van branding, and school fairs.
Support the admissions team during inquiries, counselling sessions, and school events.
Manage and follow up on admission leads generated from campaigns, social media, and partner networks.
Assist in organizing
open house sessions
, school visits, and education fairs.
Track outreach effectiveness and share weekly reports on lead conversions and new partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local commuting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, persuasive, and comfortable with on-ground fieldwork.
Prior experience in the school/education sector marketing preferred but not mandatory.
