Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive at GaiaVolt Green Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and promotion of our cutting-edge renewable energy and electrical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost sales of our electrical e-BOP systems, components (such as relays, MCBs, drives), and accessories in both B2B and B2C channels. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and competitive positioning, which will enable you to make data-backed decisions on pricing, product development, and promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the electrical/electronics components industry. A strong knowledge of relays, MCBs, drives, and their industrial applications is essential, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Preferred attributes for the role include previous experience in technical product sales or business development in the electrical/energy industry, familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital sales strategies, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
