Job Description

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Campaign Execution:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies and comprehensive campaigns across various channels (SEO, social media, email, digital advertising).
  • Content Creation:

    Write, proofread, and edit creative copy for diverse marketing distributions, including websites, brochures, ad copy, and social media posts.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor campaign progress using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and track performance metrics/ROI to optimize future strategies.
  • Platform Management:

    Manage and update content on company websites using Content Management Systems (CMS like WordPress) and maintain CRM systems.

2. Physical Events & Canopy Awareness

  • Location Strategy:

    Researching and selecting strategic high-traffic locations (malls, local markets, universities, corporate parks) for canopy setup to effectively reach the target audience.

  • Event Coordination:

    Plan and execute physical, in-person promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Material Management:

    Ensure eye-catching, branded materials (tents, banners, flyers, giveaways) are produced, available, and effectively arranged at canopy sites to attract attention.
  • Direct Engagement:

    Engage directly with potential customers at physical locations to communicate the brand's value proposition, answer queries, and manage lead collection systems.

3. Academic Outreach & Seminars

  • Relationship Management:

    Identify key contacts within schools, colleges, and university career centers; initiate communication to secure access for seminars and career fairs.
  • Logistics & Planning:

    Coordinate travel arrangements, book venues, and manage equipment setup for presentations within academic institutions.
  • Presentation & Content:

    Assist in developing engaging seminar materials tailored to students and delivering professional presentations that build awareness and generate student interest (leads).
  • Lead Generation:

    Implement effective methods for collecting attendee information during visits and ensure timely follow-up communication to transition leads into the marketing funnel.

4. Market Research & Administration

  • Research:

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Budgeting:

    Assist in preparing and monitoring marketing budgets and financial strategies.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to brand guidelines and legal regulations
