Job Summary:

Position: Marketing Executive
Industry: Frozen Foods / FMCG
Location: Ernakulam

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in food, FMCG,)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market frozen food products to hotels, hostels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate clients.
• Generate bulk orders and expand customer base across the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities such as hospitals, canteens, cloud kitchens, and retail outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely delivery of orders.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer demand.
• Maintain daily reports on client visits, sales achievement, and pipeline updates.
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media promotions (if required).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food marketing, hotel sales, catering, or institutional sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Local market knowledge (Ernakulam region preferred).
• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).

Salry & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives/Commission: Attractive commission on confirmed orders and partnerships
