About the Role

We are seeking a driven and accountable Field Marketing Executive to promote our Study Visa, Skilled Visa, and Other Immigration Services across Himachal Pradesh. The role requires active field outreach, relationship building, and market expansion activities. Candidates must be confident in travelling across districts, interacting with students, parents, educators, and local partners, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Outreach
• Conduct field visits in schools, colleges, coaching centers, marketplaces, and designated areas for student acquisition and lead generation.
• Identify and target potential students and families interested in overseas education.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
• Generate qualified leads for study visa and other visa services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into admissions and service registrations.
• Market Development
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, consultants, and local influencers across HP.
• Organize local seminars, workshops, spot assessments, and information sessions.
• Brand Promotion
• Ensure active promotion of the company’s immigration services through field campaigns, flyers, kiosks, and local marketing activities.
• Represent the brand professionally in all field interactions.
• Reporting & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and market feedback, and submit them to management.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence
• Track local competitor activities and report trends for market strategy improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience, ideally in education, immigration, or service industries.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within Himachal Pradesh.
• Must be target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of study visa processes (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
