Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing startup enabling organizations to manage, understand, and act on their data. We specialize in Data & AI consulting services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and self-reliant Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is centered around LinkedIn marketing and outreach, driving targeted lead generation, to support business growth.

Branding
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the companypresence.
Create positioning and messaging that differentiates the company in the market.
Ensure consistent brand voice and image across all digital platforms.
Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
Measure and report the performance of all campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple touch points.
Lead Generation (Priority: LinkedIn Outreach)
Design, build, and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence with a focus on outreach and lead generation.
Execute personalized LinkedIn campaigns to connect, engage, and convert prospects into leads.
Manage lead generation through LinkedIn, Email Marketing / Outreach
Identify trends and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Create personalized content (case studies, white papers) to engage targeted accounts.
Track, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns to demonstrate ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
Strong background in a B2B IT consulting or SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing & automation tools and CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing concepts, lead generation strategies, and campaign best practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create professional/enterprise-level content.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
