Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing channels emails, calls, visits, and events.
  • Generate quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
  • Pitch company products and services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture interest.
  • Participate in field marketing activities, tech events, and client presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams for marketing material, product understanding, and campaign support.
  • Assist in reporting on outreach success, feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Confident in direct client interaction – face-to-face and via phone.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree – Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in direct marketing or sales.
  • Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
