Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing plans for a range of EdTech products and services.
• Drive lead generation campaigns targeting colleges, institutions, and other relevant segments.
• Conduct branding and promotional activities (both online and offline) to enhance brand visibility.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
• Ensure budget compliance while delivering impactful marketing results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, academic, technical) to align marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Define clear marketing objectives to support overall sales growth.
• Support YouTube and social media growth initiatives by executing targeted campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory:

   Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the 

  EdTech sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in event marketing and campus activation will be an added advantage.
