Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic; maintain and update WordPress websites.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Create compelling content for various channels including blogs, email newsletters, advertisements, and product descriptions; utilize copywriting skills to craft persuasive messaging.
• Oversee advertising sales initiatives by collaborating with media partners and managing ad campaigns using Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising tools.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate with product management teams to develop promotional materials that highlight product features and benefits effectively.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on platforms like Shopify or similar online stores.
• Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce engaging graphics for campaigns.
• Implement performance marketing tactics aimed at increasing conversions through targeted advertising efforts.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
• Hands-on knowledge of advertising sales strategies and managing ad campaigns via Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
• Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Experience in content marketing including copywriting for diverse audiences across various formats.
• Prior exposure to B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in budgeting and planning processes.
