Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct domestic and overseas market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence to assist in product positioning and brand development.

Brand Management:

  • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in creating marketing content, packaging ideas, and promotional materials to enhance brand recall.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all internal and external communications.

Product Visibility & Promotion:

  • Work towards improving product visibility and availability in the market through effective marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Visit markets regularly to assess product presentation, visibility, and customer feedback.

Partner & Vendor Coordination:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and business partners to support ongoing and new marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for advertising, printing, merchandising, and other promotional needs.
  • Oversee marketing audits and field-level assessments to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Field Marketing Activities:

  • Travel frequently to different locations to support and monitor the execution of marketing plans on the ground.
  • Collect data and insights from field visits to guide improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Report regularly on market trends, brand performance, and competitor activities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing industry
  • Strong understanding of market research and brand management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic marketing tools

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Food Tech (Preferred)
