Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Marketing & Fundraising Executive for our NGO who will be responsible for promoting our initiatives and generating funds through corporate, institutional, and individual partnerships. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and fundraising skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the NGO’s activities and social initiatives.
• Identify and approach corporates, donors, and institutions for funding.
• Create proposals, presentations, and fundraising campaigns.
• Represent the NGO in meetings, events, and networking sessions.
• Build and maintain long-term donor relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing/fundraising activities.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in fundraising, NGO marketing, or CSR outreach (preferred).
• Ability to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred – Marketing/Management/Social Work).
• Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing/Fundraising/CSR roles.
• Salary: ₹20,000-25,000.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
