Real Estate-Specific Knowledge

Market Research
: Understanding local property trends, demand, and pricing.
Project Positioning
: Identifying USPs and target demographics for each project.
Competitor Analysis
: Monitoring competing projects in the market.

Offline Marketing & Branding

Print Advertising
: Newspapers, magazines, flyers, hoardings, billboards.
Event Marketing
: Organizing property expos, open houses, launch events.
Outdoor Media Management
: Coordination of signage, banners, and on-site branding.
Brochure and Collateral Design
: Working with creative teams to develop impactful sales material.
Exhibition Participation
: Representing the brand at trade shows or real estate events.

Sales Enablement & Lead Support

Lead Nurturing (Offline)
: Coordinating follow-ups via calls, SMS, in-person meetings.
Coordination with Sales Teams
: Ensuring smooth handover of leads and communication of campaign updates.

Creative & Visual Communication

Vendor Coordination
: Managing relationships with printers, ad agencies, signage vendors.
