Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Executive Assistant located in Nagpur. The Marketing & Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, managing executive schedules, handling administrative tasks, coordinating MD meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in campaign development. Additionally, the role involves communication with clients, managing social media accounts, and providing support for event planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 YoE in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Executive Assistant
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and report preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
