• Visit medical professionals regularly to promote company products and generate prescriptions in line with strategic objectives.
• Ensure smooth product availability by visiting chemists and stockists across the assigned territory.
• Actively participate in doctor meets, seminars, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Self-development on therapy, product & competition knowledge and relevant selling skills. Attend development programs designed by the company.
• Collect and share market insights on both company and competitor products with the product management team and senior hierarchy.
• Conduct market research, updating of customer list as per company s requirement.
• Report daily field activities through the company s reporting tools to keep supervisors updated on progress.
• Ensure adherence to company/Division norms on sales and effort parameters.
