Job Description

The 360 Research Foundation (360RF) is looking to hire a Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role in various districts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibilities will include visiting Food Businesses to enroll their staff for FoSTaC (FSSAI) Training, developing marketing strategies and plans, executing marketing campaigns, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and working on sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends to drive growth and awareness of the foundation's programs and initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research, along with effective communication skills. Previous experience in Sales and Marketing is required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the research or non-profit sector would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.
