Key Responsibilities
Promote pressure vessels, boilers, and related equipment by leveraging technical understanding with clients in power, chemical, steel, oil, and gas sectors
Plan and execute sales, marketing, and promotional activities, including presentations, proposal submissions, and client demonstrations tailored to technical specifications
Generate market intelligence reports and manage customer communication, expectation-setting, and performance oversight for ongoing projects
Typical Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is essential, often with additional industry certifications such as NDT Level II (PT, UT, MPT, RFI, VT)
At least 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing for boilers or pressure vessels, ideally with substantial technical sales exposure.
Proficiency in interpreting and explaining industrial codes and standards (ASME, IBR, API, etc.) when interacting with clients or preparing technical documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and project planning skills
Industry Reach and Value AdditionUnderstands the needs of OEMs, EPC contractors, and operations teams in pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors
Bridges the gap between engineering teams and clients, ensuring both technical suitability and commercial project success
Plays a vital role in educating clients, customizing solutions, and achieving revenue growth through technical persuasion and credible relationship building.
