Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised coordinator to oversee and manage the execution of our educational training programs. The successful candidate will ensure effective communication between stakeholders, handle day-to-day activities, coordinate training schedules, and ensure that project timelines, budgets, and resources are managed efficiently for successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of educational training programs within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with government officials to ensure alignment with educational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with trainers to organize and schedule daily training sessions.
• Monitor program progress, identify any potential risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage billing, invoices, and tenders for new training projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop, track, and update detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure all projects comply with established project management standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Any degree and MBA in marketing, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, specifically in educational training or skill development programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
