We are a growing e-learning startup bringing the performing arts to learners everywhere. After launching our first vocal training courses in 2021, we’ve expanded into multiple performing arts categories. We’re now building a platform that makes world-class performing arts education accessible, engaging, and community-driven.

We’re a small, passionate team — and we’re looking for someone who loves building order from chaos, thrives in a startup environment, and is excited to help scale a creative education platform.

Marketing Executive

What are we looking at?

• Preferably a candidate with a minimum undergraduate education in Commerce / Marketing
• P

  rior internship experience

  in client communication, lead handling, or digital outreach
• Freshers with internship experience or Professionals with

  up to 1 year of experience

• Someone who understands

  marketing fundamentals

  and is confident in both

  verbal communication

• A proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team setting
• A detail-oriented professional with great communication skills, who can manage and organize lead records and coordinate well with internal teams and our learners
• Our ideal candidate would have great spoken language skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

• Engage professionally with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, emails, Instagram DMs, and comments
• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently
• Maintain communication that reflects the brand’s tone and voice

Sales and Client Support

• Explain e-learning offerings and guide learners through course benefits and the enrolment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners/ clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Coordination and Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with the Social Media team to stay aligned with content and campaign goals
• Ideate on monthly content calendar.
• Intermediate use of canva to be used as needed.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain daily records of calls, communications and follow the social media checklist
• Keep the prospect sheet updated with ongoing conversations, client interests, and follow-up actions
