Marketing & Content Manager

As a member of the SAAS startup team in Noida, your role will involve developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the digital presence of Sustainiams on various platforms such as the website, email, social media, and newsletters. - Leading content creation efforts encompassing blogs, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and product content. - Planning and organizing online and offline events like product launches, panels, workshops, and sustainability meetups. - Producing a podcast series featuring industry experts, team members, and thought leaders. - Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies. - Collaborating with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. - Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for campaigns and creative assets. - Conducting market and competitor research to stay informed on trends. - Maintaining a bold brand narrative across all touchpoints. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4-6 years of experience in marketing and content roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies. - A strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics. - Hands-on experience in managing campaigns, content pipelines, and event planning. - Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. - Self-starter capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. - Familiarity with podcast production tools and event coordination is a plus. - Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. - A passion for climate tech and sustainability is highly desirable.,
