To succeed in this role, you should possess: - At least 4-6 years of experience in content and marketing roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies. - A solid understanding of B2B digital marketing, content strategies, and analytics. - Hands-on experience in managing campaigns, content pipelines, and event planning. - Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills. - Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Familiarity with podcast production tools and event coordination would be advantageous. - Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. - A genuine passion for climate tech and sustainability would be highly beneficial.
