Marketing Consultant - Partnership Program

As a Marketing Consultant in the Partnership Program at Carl Zeiss India, Vision Care, your role will involve developing and executing partnership program-facing marketing strategies. You will report to the Trade Marketing Manager, Vision Care, Carl Zeiss India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies & activations to drive store traffic and sales. - Act as the primary liaison for partner customer requests related to product or marketing functions, ensuring timely understanding and resolution. - Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior at a micro level in stores to provide insights to the brand partnership and technical training teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns including BTL & hyperlocal digital marketing initiatives for partner shops. - Ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall customer experience within the program. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Own the marketing calendar & budgets for ZEISS business partnership program in collaboration with the Brand team, Trade Marketing, and Partnership Sales teams. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a reputed B School. - 5+ years of overall experience with a background in sales. - Proven experience in Franchise Marketing, Key Account Management, or a similar role. - Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns. - Strong project management skills, multitasking ability, and meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to strategize and drive execution at scale. - Structural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment.
